Tell us about the job first
A standard porta potty rental for a garage build prices differently than a wedding restroom rental for a hundred guests, so start with what kind of project this is. We ask for headcount or crew size, start and end dates, and the exact site address, whether that lands in Eugene proper or out toward Springfield or Junction City. If you need an ADA accessible porta potty, mention it early: ADA Standards section 213.2 requires at least 5 percent of units in a cluster to meet accessibility rules. Construction sites should know OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) sets one toilet for 20 workers or fewer, moving to one toilet and one urinal per 40 workers once the crew grows past that. A deluxe flushable porta potty costs more than standard, so flag it if guests expect running water.
What we need to know about your site
A photo of the delivery spot helps more than a written description. A restroom trailer rental needs a level pad with clearance to open the door, and a roll-off dumpster rental needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Gravel driveways, wet ground, and slope all change how our driver stages the delivery, so tell us what the site actually looks like. If your crew applies paints, coatings, herbicides, or pesticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires dedicated handwashing facilities; a hand sanitizer station rental is a supplement, not a substitute, so ask us which fits your job.

How pricing, deposits, and timing work
Every quote breaks out the rental rate, delivery fee, and service charge as three separate lines. A standard unit holds a 60 to 70 gallon tank and gets one service visit a week for up to 10 users under the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline; a busier site needs more visits, and that gets priced in up front rather than added as a surprise later. Quotes stay valid for 7 days. A deposit locks your delivery date once accepted, and it refunds in full if you cancel more than 7 days before the job starts.

Where we deliver around Eugene
We reach Cheshire 15.4 miles, Jasper 16.1 miles, Junction City 13.4 miles, River Road 2.4 miles, Santa Clara 4.4 miles, and Springfield 9.2 miles from our Eugene base. The closer suburbs cost less to reach, which shows up as a smaller delivery line rather than a different rental rate. Our service areas page lists every stop, and the Springfield and Santa Clara pages carry notes specific to those towns.
How fast do quotes come back?
Same business day for most requests. If your job is urgent, call directly so we can check the schedule before you wait on an email reply.
Do you quote jobs in Junction City or Cheshire?
Yes, both fall inside our normal delivery range even though they sit farther out at 13.4 and 15.4 miles. Call with your address and we will confirm the delivery window.
Does a quote request cost anything?
No. Quotes are free. The deposit you pay at booking is what actually reserves your delivery date, not the quote itself.
Can I adjust my order after getting a quote?
Yes. Call or reply to the quote email if your crew size changes, your dates shift, or you want to add a roll-off dumpster rental to the order. We will send an updated total before anything ships.
